These terms apply to the StudioGradeFitness text message service (the "SMS Service"), operated by Boparai Commerce Ltd, trading as StudioGradeFitness ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17523217), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
Signing up. You will only receive marketing text messages from us if you have actively opted in, for example by ticking the text message box at checkout or by entering your mobile number in a sign-up form on our website. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send. Marketing messages may include offers, new product announcements and reminders about items left in your basket. We may also send service messages about your orders. Message frequency varies, but we will not send you more than one marketing text in any 24-hour period, and we do not send marketing texts between 8pm and 11am. Our messages are sent from the sender name "StudioGrade".
Cost. We do not charge for the SMS Service. Your mobile network may charge you for receiving messages depending on your plan.
Opting out. You can stop marketing texts at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link included in our text messages, by emailing info@studiogradefitness.co.uk, or by calling 0333 090 4388. Our sender name "StudioGrade" cannot receive replies, so please use one of these methods rather than replying to a message. We will act on your request promptly, and you will not receive further marketing texts unless you sign up again.

Your mobile number. Please give us a valid mobile number that belongs to you. If you change your number, please let us know or sign up again with your new number.
Delivery. Text messages are delivered by mobile networks that we do not control, so we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or arrive on time. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes. We may change or stop the SMS Service, or update these terms, from time to time. We will post any changes on this page.
Privacy. We send marketing texts with your consent, in line with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, including your mobile number. These terms also appear in section 27 of our Terms of Service.
